  Both my wife and myself have been very impressed with Inferno. We currently have one child in the Little Ninjas, another in the Teens group, and myself in the Adult Kickboxing.
  
  They don’t just teach the kids defensive skills and discipline, but also how to use their heads when faced with a dangerous situation. “I will use common sense before self defense” is part of their creed.
  
  The workouts are intense but not overwhelming. The coaches push you to do your best, but know when to stop. They are highly encouraging and promote a sense of community.
